Homebound
For members who are unable to visit the library because of a temporary or permanent disability or illness, library staff will deliver items upon requests. For more information call 847.459.4100, ext.245.

Low vision and vision impairment
Staff will assist members in obtaining services and materials through the Voices of Vision Talking Book Center. The center serves as the regional distribution site for the materials produced by the Library of Congress. Popular books and magazines that have been reproduced in braille or audio formats may be ordered free-of-charge by persons who qualify for the service.
